Along the journey we will continue to re evaluate your goals to ensure they continue to align with the direction you want to take and become the best leader you can be.

My approach to coaching has a holistic focus taking into account physical, mental, emotional and spiritual elements, and may cover more personal things such as identity, personality, values and character attributes through to professional and technical skills and of course leadership skills.

    FOR INDIVIDUAL LEADERS:

    Pick an issue and we’ll go for it! Whether you’re new to the leadership game or an old hand, your leadership practice is worth time and effort. How you show up each day makes a difference, as everyone is watching - you all the time. From improving your relationships to managing difficult conversations to finding your voice, you’d be surprised how much progress you can make in a very focused conversation.

    You might need help to create some Hairy Audacious Goals (HAGs!), work on your leadership skills or improve your Emotional Intelligence. When it comes to personal and professional growth I take a Strengths-Based approach and have tools and resources to ensure you are well supported to achieve the growth outcomes you want.

  • Supercharge Program

    FOR INDIVIDUAL LEADERS:

    The Supercharge Program is an intensive 6 month program ideally suited to leaders or emerging leaders who take themselves and their leadership aspirations and practice seriously.

    You will drive every session, focusing on areas of growth around your leadership that is important to you. Using tried and tested assessment tools to identify gaps, customised microlearning activities to improve your knowledge, as well as creating actionable outcomes from each session, you will grow in confidence and self belief.

    With me as your accountability partner, you will be intently focused on your goals and by the end of the program you will have achieved and likely exceeded your intended outcomes.

    This Program Includes:

    • 6 x weekly sessions

    • 5 x fortnightly sessions

    • 3 x monthly sessions

    • Relevant Micro Learning resources

  • The Leadership Accelerator

    FOR ORGANISATIONS:

    Invest in your key leaders with a short, sharp focus on their leadership development in one-to-one coaching, the most effective way to achieve the growth you want in your people. Key Principles for Effective Leaders will be incorporated into the coaching process alongside work on personal goals. We wlll cover topics such as Emotional Intelligence, Building Strong Relationships, Effective Communication, Managing Expectations, and Positive Leadership Behaviours.

    In collaboration with their manager we will identify gaps, set goals and create an action plan to work on between sessions. We then celebrate the wins! This is an incredibly effective program and the results are often startling.

  • Immersive Leadership Coaching

    FOR ORGANISATIONS:

    My Immersive Program is tailored particularly for Senior Leaders and Executives. It begins with assessment of values, personality, learning styles, and emotional intelligence. Using John C Maxwell’s Five Levels of Leadership we identify gaps, then develop learning and action goals to enable your leader to grow into the next level.

    I work closely with the manager of your employee to ensure that all activities are in alignment with the objectives of the organisation and department. It is critical that their development is as targeted and effective as possible and that they receive inhouse support. In addition, a Growth Plan is created which will provide a guide to development activities.

    Should the employee have undertaken a Leadership Capability Program we will incorporate critical content into the coaching process to ensure this is put into practice as effectively as possible.

    ‘Key Principles for Effective Leaders’ will also be introduced along the coaching journey.

    This Program Includes:

    • Quarterly meetings with manager

    • Introductory session

    • Growth Plan

    • 18 sessions every three weeks over 12 months

    • Relevant Micro Learning resources

    • Various qualitative assessments
